Every panel we sell is designed, built, wired, tested and despatched from one 10,000 sq ft unit on Whieldon Industrial Estate. Nothing is subcontracted and nothing is imported finished.
What happens here
Design
Schematics drawn to your specification, with the drawing issued for approval before anything is cut or drilled.
Build
Backplates assembled and wired in our own workshop, to BS EN 61439-2, by people we employ.
Test
Every panel is powered up and function tested, and leaves with its test certificate and wiring diagram.
Despatch
Stock panels go out the same working day. Everything else is packed and booked onto a next-day courier from here.
Finding us
Unit 32 Whieldon Industrial EstateWhieldon RoadStoke-on-TrentST4 4JPWhieldon Industrial Estate is off Whieldon Road in Stoke, a few minutes from the A500 and about ten minutes from Stoke-on-Trent station. There is parking on site and the goods entrance is at the front of the unit.
Open Monday to Friday, 7am to 4.30pm. Call 01782 280577 before setting off if you are collecting, so we can have the panel and its paperwork ready at the counter.
Coming to see a panel
You are welcome to witness the test on your own panel before it is packed. Contractors and consultants do this on larger BMS and OEM jobs, and it is the quickest way to settle anything about the build while it is still on the bench.
We also run training and CPD sessions here for contractors and specifiers, and show people round the production line when they want to understand how their panels are actually made.
What we build here
Three kinds of panel, and nothing else. We do not install or commission, so we never compete with the contractors and integrators who buy from us.
Pump control panels
Wastewater, drainage and lift stations. Standard panels on the shelf for next-day delivery, bespoke built to your specification.
BMS control panels
Motor control centres and outstation panels for building services contractors, built around whatever controller the job specifies.
OEM control panels
Panels built into equipment, from a prototype through to repeat production runs at a fixed price.
