Wastewater control panel

Basix wastewater pump control panel

The standard float-switch pump panel: industrial components, a lifetime warranty on the stepping relay, and next-day delivery from stock.

Next day from stockBS EN 61439-2BS EN 60204-1BS 7671

Next-day from stock

Single and dual DOL Basix panels up to 18A are on the shelf.

Lifetime relay warranty

The universal stepping relay is warranted for life. It cannot burn out like the old type.

Single or three phase

230V or 400V. Capacitor start panels for single-phase motors.

Industrial components

Schneider, Socomec and WAGO throughout.

Basix is a wastewater control panel for 1 to 6 pumps, most often single or twin, with float-switch level control. It runs on single phase or three phase, starts pumps direct-on-line, star/delta or with start and run capacitors, and is held in stock for next-day delivery. It is the panel most of our installers fit most weeks.

What you get

Schneider enclosure, contactors and overloads. A Socomec door-interlocked isolator with a shaft guide. WAGO lever terminals, so wiring is tool-free and does not loosen under vibration. Hand/off/auto for each pump, lamps for power, run, trip and high level, a high level sounder with mute, and automatic duty changeover so both pumps wear evenly.

Stepping relays, with a lifetime warranty

The stepping relay is the part that decides which pump is duty, and on older panels it is the most common failure of the lot: the trigger input sits across the coil and eventually cooks it. Basix uses a universal stepping relay, which takes its power and its trigger on separate terminals so the coil never overheats, and we back it with a lifetime warranty. If it fails, we replace it. Read why stepping relays fail in the knowledge hub.

Outdoors or in a kiosk

Ask for a glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) enclosure for outdoor use, or have the panel built into a single or double door GRP kiosk with a light and heater. Stainless steel is available at extra cost.
