The Telemetrix Dashboard works with every current and future Telemetrix panel. It shows what each station is doing now, what it did yesterday, and flags behaviour that does not look right, so you only attend site when there is an actual issue.
What you can see
- Pump activity: trip status, running, active alarms and float or level head status, live.
- Run data: every pump run logged with start time, stop time and duration. The quickest way to tell a real problem from an uneven day.
- Level data: which floats are up, and a full history of every float rising; or, with a 4-20mA head, the exact level over time including start, stop, assist and high level points.
- Alarm data: every current and past alarm, filterable by type, with active or resolved status.
- Smart alerts: floats rising out of sequence, abnormally high usage, or a pump switched to off.
- Location and weather: the station on a map with current conditions and rainfall in the last 24 hours.
Reading the warnings
A warning that one pump is running twice as long as the other compares cumulative run time over the day. Check the run data before acting: if both pumps run two to five minutes per cycle and one simply had more cycles, that is uneven demand, not a fault. A pump consistently running 15 to 45 minutes per cycle while the other runs one to six is the pattern that needs a visit.
