The constraints
- A complete fit-out, pipework to panels, delivered around a live care home.
- Monitoring had to reach the service team's phones, twenty-four hours a day.
- Done in the same week as the team's breakdown call-outs and KPIs.
What we built
New Telemetrix panels with the pumps and station hardware, sending pump trip, high level and panel offline alerts by email and text to the drainage contractor's team over 4G or the site network. Free email alerts, no subscription for the panel.

Supplied from the Telemetrix range for the contractor's fit-out week.
The outcome
