Telemetrix is a dual pump direct-on-line wastewater panel that sends a text or email the moment a pump trips, the level goes high or the panel loses power. It connects over a 4G SIM, the site WiFi or an Ethernet cable, takes single or three phase with no changes to the panel, and there is no monthly subscription for the alerts.
What it tells you
Out of the box, every Telemetrix panel sends notifications for pump 1 trip, pump 2 trip, high level alarm and panel offline (power fail). Contacts are set up remotely, so there is no site programming, and there is no limit on how many people receive them. Email notifications are free, however many you send. Text messages cost 10p each, charged only for the texts actually sent.
Connect it three ways
Put a SIM card in the built-in router for 4G. Plug an Ethernet cable into the site broadband. Or join the client's WiFi from the panel's own setup page. Once online, the alerts start. The setup guide walks an installer through it in ten minutes.
Add the Dashboard
Pair the panel with the Telemetrix Dashboard from £6 a month and you get live status, every pump run logged with duration, float or level history, an alarm log and smart warnings when something looks wrong. Thirty days free.
The panel itself
Everything you would expect from a G&G panel: Schneider enclosure, contactors and overloads, Socomec isolator, WAGO terminals, overload reset buttons on the door, a built-in light and no stepping relay. Improved control logic too: if pump 1 is turned to off, pump 2 stays as the duty pump. ATEX sites can add an intrinsically safe barrier box fitted in the safe zone.
How an alert reaches you
No subscription for the alerts themselves. The panel, the built-in router and the connection to our cloud are in the price.

Pump specialist, Oxfordshire
A star/delta Telemetrix panel, turned round quickly for an Oxford campus
